Matthew J. Holiday Benefit Auctioneer Specialist, Broker	Matthew J. Holiday, CAI, BAS, is the founder of Holiday Auctions and currently serves as the President of the South Carolina Auctioneers Association. Matt has fast become the professional benefit auctioneer of choice for many 501(c)3 charitable organizations throughout the country. He works as an auctioneer and consultant for nonprofit organizations including chapters of the Red Cross, March of Dimes, Hospice, and Habitat for Humanity, and other private schools and foundations helping them to increase their benefit auction revenue. As an active member of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA), Matt was part of the first groups of auctioneers to earn the Benefit Auctioneer Specialist (BAS) designation from the NAA and is a graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI). Matt has served as an instructor for the Southeastern School for Auctioneering and has been trained as an expert for the courts. Matt is the broker in charge for his real estate firm. Matt was the recipient of the prestigious 2007 "Rose Award" and a national marketing award from the NAA.

Danny J. Perkins, CAGA Auctioneer/ Real Estate Agent	In the past 30 years, Danny Perkins has conducted and been involved in over 1,000 auctions ranging from Estate Liquidation, to Real Estate, Antiques & Collectibles, Construction Equipment and Industrial Equipment. He is truly a seasoned professional not only in the auction business, but also in the appraisal business as he has conducted appraisals for many banks, FHA, FDIC and SBA, as well as, for individuals and corporations. Danny joined the team at Holiday Auctions in July of 2006 and still maintains his own company, The Danny Co., Inc., through which he conducts appraisals and personal property auctions. Danny attended the Fort Smith Auction School in Fort Smith, AK in 1975. In 1979 he earned his Florida Real Estate License from Volusia College in Orlando, FL and in 1980 he earned his Texas Real Estate License from Texas Tech. in Amarillo, TX. In 1997 Danny earned his CAGA Designation from the Certified Appraisers Guild of America and in 1998 he earned his South Carolina Real Estate License.

Monica Allie, Esq. Legal Consultant	Monica Allie, Esq. helped found Holiday Auctions and now serves as its legal consultant. Monica assists Holiday Auctions with daily operations. She is also involved with pre-auction consulting for the company's 501(c)3 clients and is available to work with banks, lenders, and bankruptcy trustees to sell their assets at auction. Monica is a graduate of Rhodes College with a degree in Economics and graduated in the top 5% of her class from the University of Tennessee School of Law. Monica has practiced law for more than 12 years. She practiced law at the law firm of Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel for four years and spent 9 years managing the legal and compliance departments for Advance America as its Senior Vice President of Legal & Regulatory Affairs. Monica has received several legal awards including the 1994 Law Review Award and the Justice Joseph Henry Award for Excellence in Legal Writing for her published article "The New Adoption Law in Tennessee: A Controversial Sweeping Reform." Viola M. Rackley Real Estate Agent	Viola M. Rackley is experienced in all aspects of auctions, particularly antique auctions, and is a licensed real estate agent. Viola has been an owner/partner in Antiques Mall in Piedmont, SC for five years and is also currently owner/partner in Warther's Originals Antiques in Walhalla, SC. Viola has worked part-time for local auctioneers for six years, and has a great deal of experience in auction setup, auction marketing and accounting. Viola completed her real estate course at The Wyatt Institute of Real Estate in Greenville, South Carolina in June of 2003 and received her Realtors License in July of 2003. Viola, a lifetime resident of upstate South Carolina, is married and has three children.

Paul Yoder Auctioneer, Real Estate Agent	Paul Yoder works as a real estate agent and auctioneer. He is a 2003 graduate of Missouri Auction School in St. Louis and is licensed in Ohio and South Carolina. He is the 2007 South Carolina State Champion Auctioneer from the rookie division. Paul is a member of the NAA, SCAA & U.S. Chamber of Commerce. His previous business experience includes being founder and current owner of YODER BUILDING COMPANY, established in 1998 and located in Cambridge Ohio. The company specializes in portable buildings and storage rental, generating over 1 million dollars in sales annually. Paul is a very customer service oriented person, and likes to give his clients more than they expect. He has an uncompromising commitment to honesty and a high standard of ethics in both personal and business life. Paul has a passion for the auction business and would be happy to discuss the auction method of marketing with you anytime. Paul has been married 8 years and has 2 children. Jim Holiday, Auctioneer (MI)/ Bid Spotter	James Holiday has been involved in the auctioning world for more than 30 years. Originally from Ohio, Jim has lived in southern Michigan for more than (35) years. He resides there with his wife, where they have raised three sons and now have three grandchildren. James retired from Ford Motor Company after working there for 31 years. He always enjoys fishing the lakes of Michigan. Jim specializes in calling benefit auctions in Michigan and is always ready to help as a bid assistant.

Greg Farmer Real Estate Agent	Greg Farmer is a licensed real estate agent in South Carolina. Greg is formerly from the state of Michigan. He spent five years studying in Asia, and holds a Physical Therapy degree. In addition to being a real estate agent, Greg also works as an auction bid assistant for Holiday Auctions.

Holiday Auctions has two other affiliated auctioneers that have their own auction houses. Jon Warthers is a South Carolina licensed real estate agent and owns Warther's Originals Auction Company in Walhalla, South Carolina. Jon auctions estates, antiques, personal property, farm equipment, commercial assets, and more. (www.warthersoriginals.com).
